Hello from the Hills of Kentucky

First off let me say Thank You for stopping by my website. My name is Christopher Riffe and I have lived in Eastern Kentucky all my life (except the 4 years I served this great country in the United States Air Force)! Growing up in the Appalachians Mountains, I spent a lot of time in the woods and on the water doing anything from Hunting and fishing to camping, hiking, and just spending time in the great outdoors. I have worked in a lot of different industries over the years as a controls/automation technician and spent a lot of time in Alberta and British Columbia Canada over a 5 year span from 2010 to 2015 where I got to learn a little about Ice fishing for the very first time and learned what it feels like to work and live at -40f. I am a certified Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver and also a Kentucky State Certified Emergency Medical Technician. I started my Kentucky Woodsman Youtube Channel in 2008 with videos of my adventures and outdoor activities. I also host the Spring Meetup in the Mountains at Fish Pond lake in Letcher County Kentucky. This is an annual event that brings outdoor minded folks in from all over the country and we spend three day sharing skills and stories around a campfire! another page.
